Innerfit is not a typical PT session

Most PT focuses on execution (the workout session).

Innerfit starts with an assessment to establish your baseline, then designs the right sequence and combination of movement, strength, and recovery before execution.

Why this matters

Many people train consistently and still feel stuck.

In most cases, the problem isn’t effort, it’s starting point and sequence.

If this sounds familiar, you likely need a plan (not more workouts)

  • Lifting makes you feel stiff

  • Yoga/Pilates helps you move, but you don’t feel stronger

  • You keep mixing methods but still don’t know what to do first

What we design

Instead of adding more exercises, we define :

  • Where you are at, what first (priorities for your body)

  • The sequence + ratio of movement, strength, recovery

  • Updates through re-assessments

The system (one line)

Assessment → Plan → Execute → Re-assess

Baseline first. Priorities next. Safe execution. Ongoing updates.

Start small!

Begin with a Quick Assessment to identify your best starting point.
